Does gotourit run on my mobile device?
gotourit is currently available on the iPhone and the iPod Touch. We plan to develop applications that will work on other web-enabled devices.

How do I get started?
gotourit is available in the iTunes store. Just click on the “App Store” icon and download the application from iTunes.

How much does gotourit cost and what is included?
The application is free. It comes with one free mini-tour of San Francisco that was produced by Stroll San Francisco.

How do I add tours?
Tours can be added from within the application. You can search through our library of tours and purchase the tours that you want to take. New tours download directly to your phone.

Can I add a tour even if I don’t have a data plan?
Yes, but you will need to be connected to WiFi in order to download tours.

How many times can I listen to a tour?
You can listen to the tour as many times as you like. Once you buy the tour, it is yours to keep.

How does the application work if I’m going somewhere with little or no network coverage?
When you purchase a tour, you can download the entire tour to your phone. Once it is installed, you can listen to audio and view maps even if you do not have a network connection.

Do I have to download the tour ahead of time?
No, you can download a tour as long as you are connected to the network. When you purchase a tour, you can choose to stream the audio instead of downloading it. This saves space on your hard drive and lets you quickly get started.
